On-Demand Dosing: The typical starting dose is 20 mg, taken before anticipated sexual activity. It can be taken at least 30 minutes before sexual activity, and its effects can last up to 36 hours.
For Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension:
The dose for treating pulmonary arterial hypertension is typically 40 mg once daily.
